Plumbing & Heating
Our plumbing and heating division can assist in emergency call outs
and repairs, as well as servicing, consultation, central heating installation
and major plumbing projects. All gas operatives are qualified and Corgi
registered.
Work to date includes:
- The renewal of the cold water header tank at 34 Smith Square,
previously the Conservative Party Office Headquarters.
- The removal of roof top water storage for a block of 16 private
flats in London, W1 and replacement with a fully pumped system
with 4500 litre water storage at ground level.
- The renewal of corroded water storage vessels at a sheltered
housing scheme of 24 units in North London.
- Numerous heating improvements and renewal works to individual
properties funded by government grants for energy conservation
and property improvement.
