About our service

The Atomwide Service Desk is made up of a dedicated team of 1st and 2nd line support engineers and technicians that know our technologies inside out. Our Service Desk team supports over 3,000 schools nationwide, including the London Grid for Learning / TRUSTnet community of schools - Europe's largest educational WAN. Subscribers to Atomwide Support benefit from telephone support, remote support, online support and guidance that is there when you need it, whatever your level of IT expertise.

In addition to the Service Desk, Atomwide also provides an online Support Site which gives schools the ability to configure, manage and report on its own services. The site can also be used to raise support/service cases and request any changes which the school cannot make of its own accord.
