This project to a prestigious corner plot required the
excavation and conversion of a basement vault to
facilitate a gymnasium, wine cellar, utility room and
ancilliary storage and the subsequent refurbishment of the upper
floors to a very high specification.
The works comprised internally:
- Full tanking
- Dry rot treatment
- Asbestos removal
- Full mechanical & electrical works
- Audio system throughout
- Structural opening up and strengthening
- Complete internal refurbishment
- Additional works involved re-roofing
