Project: Sussex Street, London SW1
This project to a prestigious corner plot required the excavation and conversion of a basement vault to
facilitate a gymnasium, wine cellar, utility room and ancilliary storage and the subsequent refurbishment of the upper floors to a very high specification.

The works comprised internally:

• Full tanking
• Dry rot treatment
• Asbestos removal
• Full mechanical & electrical works
• Audio system throughout
• Structural opening up and strengthening
• Complete internal refurbishment
• Additional works involved re-roofing

Value: In excess of £400,000
