Steele Road - London E11
Development of a disused and dilapidated warehouse in East London for demolition and subsequent new build of 4 residential properties.

Our works incorporated:

• Full Mechanical and Electrical services to the new development

The site was particularly awkward and the logistics of undertaking the works in confined areas , within budget and on time were of major concern to the client. All however, were met with a fully satisfied client at the end of the project.
