Doughty Street – London WC1
Full internal and external refurbishment of 5 storey town house for celebrity Gillian Anderson (X-Files , Bleak House).

The contract comprised:

• Full rewiring and installation of hi-tech entertainment system and data points
• Structural works to enlarge the kitchen, including temporary supports to the structure during remedial works
• Structural alterations to the loft to provide a roof terrace
• Installation of 4 bathrooms and all associated M&E works
• Bespoke joinery throughout
