Ground-works package for a high-spec residential property

Billingford’s works included:

• Stitch piling to form basement walls
• Casting of a ring beam
• The installation of new drainage incorporated below new basement slab
• Tolerances were very tight as the subsequent structure was prefabricated timber and imported from the continent
