Horseferry Road Estate – Victoria, London
The external refurbishment of a Victorian residential tenement
style block.

The works comprised:

• Stripping and complete renewal of the roofs utilising breathable membranes and slate
• Brick work and concrete repairs
• Timber repairs to windows, ease and adjust of windows
• Repairs and redecoration
• Chimney repairs
• New flashing detailing

Client: Public sector housing association
Value: In excess of £750,000
